Zach Beimes, Chief Operations Officer (COO): Oversees the strategic and operational aspects of land development projects. Stephen Dougherty, Chief Financial Officer (CFO): Stephen Dougherty brings extensive financial expertise to his role as CFO. Jim Courtney, General Counsel: With extensive experience in real estate law, land use regulations, and contract negotiations, Jim oversees all legal matters, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks throughout the development process. He works closely with executives, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to facilitate successful acquisitions, zoning approvals, and project execution. Austin Kurtz & Amber Litzinger, Sales and Marketing Directors: Austin and Amber play a crucial role in developing and executing the company's sales and marketing strategy. They both possess a deep understanding of the target market and use innovative approaches to promote the company's steel homes. Through their leadership, the sales and marketing team is able to effectively communicate the unique value propositions of the company's products.
Mark Ferguson, Production Manager: As the Production Manager for the Assembly Warehouse, Mark oversees the entire production process of the steel homes. He works closely with the production team to ensure that all aspects of manufacturing are executed with precision and efficiency. Mark's commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards and his ability to effectively manage the production team contribute to the delivery of exceptional products to customers.
Dave Mahler, General Contractor: As the GC for the Fiddleback Ridge Development, Dave is responsible for the daily timelines and overall project management of the on-site build. Dave conducts an orchestra of builders who actively construct the development of vision to reality.
Andrew Dennis & Ryan Farhood of GigaCrete, Inc. provide invaluable guidance in optimizing our factory production and timelines to efficiently manufacture high-quality steel homes. Their insights on raw material ordering and inventory management will greatly contribute to our scaling efforts.
Tim Peterson of LPW Architecture has over 25 years of architectural experience highlighted by K-12 and university projects, worship facilities, and large residential and commercial projects.
John Juras of TD&H Engineering has had a career that has spanned a broad range of civil engineering disciplines and activities. He has extensive experience in all phases of engineering project execution, including project development, engineering studies, design and construction management. In 32 years of engineering, John has planned, designed and managed the construction of roadways, water systems, sanitary and storm sewers, water and sewer treatment systems, and many other facilities.
Ralph Burch, a seasoned advertising executive, brings with him a wealth of industry knowledge and social media expertise thereby bolstering our brand, implementing data-driven marketing strategies, and refining our sales processes. His experience in guiding early-stage manufacturers will be instrumental in gaining market traction and driving revenue growth.
